Qualifications & Experience
Additional Director Administration (EG-07):
- Education: 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience: 12 years in administration, business development, or related fields.
Additional Director Consumer Protection (EG-07):
- Education: 16 years of education in Law, Finance, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience: 12 years post-qualification, with a preference for Air Transport sector expertise. Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills required.
Additional Director National Regulations (Air Transport Operations) (EG-07):
- Education: 16 years in Aviation Management from a recognized institute.
- Experience: 10+ years in Air Traffic Services; 5 years in a senior managerial role.
Additional Director Economics Oversight (EG-07):
- Education: 16 years in Finance/Economics from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: 12 years in a senior managerial role, preferably in aviation. Expertise in ICAO standards and competitive industry practices is a must.
Additional Director Finance (EG-07):
- Education: Qualified CMA/CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA/CTP or equivalent Master’s degree in Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in Finance, with 4 years in senior management.
Quota & Pay Scale
- Pay: PKR 479,370 per month (negotiable), with a 5% annual increment.
- Age Limit: Maximum 57 years (inclusive of relaxations).
