Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Born between 15 April 1985 and 14 April 2007. Applicants must be between 18 to 39 years
- No Criminal Record: The applicant has no criminal record and must not have any legal convictions.
- Legal Status: Must not be residing illegally in South Korea.
- No Exit Control List (ECL) Restrictions.
- Medical Requirements: No color blindness, physical disabilities (e.g., clubfoot, metatarsal fractures, tuberculosis, etc.).
- Residency in Korea: Must not have lived in Korea for more than 5 years.

How to Apply for OEC Korea Jobs 2025?
1. Pre-Registration for the EPS Lottery
- Online Registration: An interested candidate visits the official website of the OEC. Online registration is at www.oec.gov.pk.
- Choose a Manufacturing Category: Assembly, Measurement, or Joining (cannot be changed later).
- Fee Submission: OEC Application Fee: PKR 1000 (Deposit in HBL Bank, Account No. 3-79010447-0112).
- Application Submission: Attach paid bank challan with the online application.
- Venue Selection: Candidates from Sindh and Balochistan should select Karachi for CBT EPS-TOPIK.
- Strict Information Policy: Name, DOB, and Gender will remain unchangeable.
Note: Any false information or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification and a 2-year ban.
2. Post-Lottery Registration Process

- Verification of Documents: Visit the nearest OEC office to complete the verification of documents.
- HRD Korea Test Fee: $28 USD (paid in PKR via OEC challan).

- 50-minute test, 40 multiple-choice questions (20 reading, 20 listening).

- HRD Korea’s decision is final; results cannot be challenged in court.
- Any fraud or misrepresentation will lead to 4-year disqualification.
- Passing the EPS Point System does NOT guarantee employment; it only qualifies candidates to enter the EPS Pool (17 countries). Employers in South Korea make final selections.
