1)Assistant Director Forensic (Ballistics, Firearms & Tools Marks)—BPS-17
- Age Limit: 25-35 years
- Qualification : BS/MSc in Forensic Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 1st Division.
2)Assistant Director Forensic (Fingerprint) (BPS-17)
- Age Limit: 25-35 years
- Qualification: First-class BS/MSc in chemistry or forensic science.
3)Assistant Director Forensic (Digital)—BPS-17
- Age Limit: 25-35 years
- Qualification: 1st Division BS/MSc in Computer Science, IT, or Bachelor’s in Software/Computer System Engineering.
4)Assistant Director Legal (BPS-17)
- Age Limit: 25-35 years
- Qualification: At least a second-class LLB degree with 1 year of experience handling cases related to terrorism.
5)Assistant Forensic Scientist (Ballistics, Firearms & Tools Marks)—BPS-16
- Age Limit: 25-35 years
- Qualification: 2nd Division BS in Chemistry or Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
6)Assistant Forensic Scientist (Fingerprint) (BPS-16)
- Age Limit: 25-35 years
- Qualification: 2nd Class BS in Chemistry or Forensic Science.
7)Assistant Forensic Scientist (Digital) (BPS-16)
- Age Limit: 25-35 years

Selection Process
The selection process will comprise of:

Only candidates who obtain the top 120 ranks in the written test will be called for the practical test. Then shortlisting will be done according to the performance of the practical test for an interview with the top 60 candidates.

- Contract Term: The initial employment is for 3 years, which will further extend through performance.
