Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications Needed
Male, female, & transgender candidates are eligible to participate.
Age Relaxation:
- Male: 25 to 35 years + 5 years relaxation, thus it will touch the maximum limit at 40 years.
- Female: 25 to 35 years, with an additional 8 years of relaxation, thus it will touch up the maximum age limit at 43 years.
- Transgender: Age will be calculated from CNIC.
Gender and domicile

- Domicile: All candidates must be in the province of Punjab.
- Reporting Place: National Hockey Stadium, Lahore.
Vacant Positions and Requisite Qualifications
1) Assistant Director (Public Relations)
- M.A. in Journalism or Mass Communication from a reputed university.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience gained after obtaining qualification alone would be considered.
- Experience in the private sector shall be allowed if the organization is registered with SECP, the Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory body.
2) Assistant Director (Estate Management)
- A law degree with a minimum of 2 years practice
- Administrative experience shall not be considered unless after the degree
- Private sector experience shall be allowed if the institution is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other authorized body.
3) Sub Divisional Officer
- BSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of field exposure after having qualified
- For private sector experience, the organization shall be registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or other regulatory authorities.
4) Research and Statistical Officer
- Master’s degree in statistics, economics, or business administration.
Note: Those with age relaxation cannot be given any relaxation for the time they served in such an organization.
PPSC Written Exam Syllabus
A written exam is a paper with multiple-choice questions.
- Total Marks: 100
- Time: 90 minutes
Subjects and Weightages
- 80% of the questions will be based on your qualifications.
- General Ability will cover 20 percent, which will include topics on general knowledge, Pakistan studies, current affairs, geography, English, Urdu, basic mathematics, everyday science, and basic computer studies.
