Eligibility Criteria for Bolan Medical Complex Hospital Quetta Jobs (BMCH)
- Bachelors’ of Science (BSN) in Nursing from a university recognized by the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC) or a 3 Years’ General Nursing Diploma along with a 1 year post basic specialization diploma
- Permanent PNMC Registration is required & mandatory
- Verification of General Nursing, Midwifery, or Specialization Diplomas from the issuing board or PNMC is required.
- BS Nursing degree holders must provide a certificate confirming the completion of a one-year internship training from a recognized hospital or institution.
Terms and Conditions
- Age limits will follow the Government of Balochistan’s current policy.
- Eligibility: Female candidates from all over Pakistan can apply, but preference will be given to locals/domicile holders of Balochistan, subject to the satisfaction of the interview committee.
- Contractual Basis: Candidates will not be regularized under any circumstances. However, their contractual tenure may be extended based on satisfactory performance, certified by the MS-BMCH, Quetta.
- Remuneration: Pay will be in the respective basic scale, along with applicable allowances.
- Vacancy Adjustment: The number of positions can be increased or decreased at any stage during the process.
- Interview Attendance: No TA/DA will be provided.
- Discretion: The Divisional Health Committee, Quetta (Selection Committee), reserves the right to cancel the interview process at any stage without providing reasons.

- Valid PNMC registration.
- Educational certificates.
- Professional experience certificates.
- Local/domicile certificate.
- CNIC.
