Education:
  • Bachelor/ Master 
Age:
  • Minimum 32 Years
Experience:
  • Must be a member of any body of Chartered Accountants with at least 15 years of experience.
  • Must be proficient in IAS and IFRS standards and SECP regulations for public sector companies.
  • Must have a law degree in Business Administration or Commerce, LLM, LLB, and be a Chartered Accountant.
  • Must have at least five years of experience in a senior position in the public and private sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational profitability, ensure potential growth, and provide advice to the CEO and executive team on organizational growth and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor financial planning, budgeting, accountant reporting, compliance with SECP guidelines, legal requirements, and internal policies.
  • Conduct cost reduction exercises to identify cost reduction opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decisions.

Experience:
  • Law Degree with (LLM/LLB) specialization in Corporate Governance.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in the public or private sector
