Education & Experiences Requirements for HR 1384 Hospital Job 2024
Principal Medical Officer
- MBBS with postgraduate qualification of FCPS or equivalent of any discipline recognized by PMDC.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years post-fellowship in relevant field.
Senior Medical Officer
- M.B.B.S. with Post Graduate Degree of FCPS or equivalent (in relevant field) as recognized by PMDC.
- Having post-fellowship experience will command a priority.
Medical Officer (General Duty)
- In terms of achievements, there is also an M.B.B.S. accomplished in 1st division with a CGPA of 3.00 along with the completion of 1-year house job training.
- This is a non-training post and selected candidates may be allowed post-graduation after five (05) years of joining, as per hospital requirements.
Optometrist
- BS (Vision Sciences) 04-year program with 1st Division and 3.00 CGPA.
- After FSc with 02 years relevant post-qualification experience.
Technologist (Radiology & Imaging)
- BS (Radiology / Imaging Technology) 04-year program with 1st Division / 3.00 CGPA.
- After FSc with 02 years relevant post-qualification experience.

- 03 Years DAE (Electrical / Electronics / Bio-Medical) in 1st Division from recognized Polytechnic Institute.

Technicians-I
- F.Sc. (First Division) along with a two-year diploma in concerned trade from any recognized governmental institute and having at least 3 years of work experience.
Technicians-II
- F.Sc. preferably First Division along with a one-year diploma or course in the concerned trade from any recognized governmental institute.
Important Instructions for Applicant
- These positions are temporary but may continue indefinitely.
- The appointment terms, whether on a Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) basis or a contract basis, will be decided after the selection process is complete.
- Doctors must be registered with PMDC.
- For positions listed at S. No. 20 to 23, only one 2nd division (minimum 50%) is allowed throughout the academic career, starting from Matric.
- Required experience must have been gained after achieving the minimum academic or professional qualification.
- Selected candidates must submit attested copies of their degrees and certificates from relevant authorities (PMDC, CPSP, HEC, BISE, Nursing Boards, etc.) before joining.
- Meeting the advertised criteria does not guarantee shortlisting.
- If many applicants qualify, the organization may further shortlist based on higher grades, relevant experience, age, or other criteria.
- All academic qualifications must be from institutes recognized by HEC, BISE, technical boards, or relevant governing bodies.
