- Education: The minimum qualification should be 16 years in the field of Engineering, Comp Science, or Management.
- Experience: Least of 15 years of post-qualification practice.
- Age: 55 years

2. Manager Digital Media & Content Creation
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degrees in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or Media Studies.
- Experience: The candidate should have at least eight years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and media handling.
- Age: 45 years
- Reports to: Director Marketing & Branding
3. Coordinator Training & Certifications
- Education: 16 years of education in Computer Science, Social Sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in training coordination.
- Age: 40 years
- Reports to: Director Skills & Capacity Development
4. Assistant Manager Finance
- Education: A degree in accounting or finance or a CA (Inter) or CAF.
- Experience: A minimum of five years’ relevant experience.
- Age: 40 years

5. Assistant Manager Statutory Affairs
- Education: 16 years in Finance, Corporate Law, or Membership of Chartered Secretaries Institute OR LLB.
