The Eligibility Criteria are following there,

• Education: Bachelor’s (16 years of education) with a minimum 2nd Division from a HEC-recognized university
• Physical Standards:
  • Male: Height 170 cm, BMI ≤ 27, 1-mile run in 9 mins, chest 34″/36″ (2″ expansion), eyesight 6/6
  • Female: Height 160 cm, BMI ≤ 27, 1-mile run in 14 mins, eyesight 6/6

• Education: Bachelor’s (16 years of education) in Law, Criminology, Sociology, Environmental Sciences, Political Science, IR, or related fields
• Physical Fitness: No physical test required, but candidates must be mentally and physically fit for field assignments

PERA Force employees receive competitive monthly salaries based on their grade, along with a special PERA allowance. For example, Enforcement Officers (BS-14) can expect a package around Rs. 45,000–60,000 depending on experience and location.
