Important Instructions for Water and Power Development Authority Jobs

This recruitment is purely on a project basis, and selected candidates will be placed on different WAPDA projects.
- For Retired Armed Forces Personnel: The candidates must have an active service of more than 8 years with a very good record of performance. They must also have A-category medical fitness.
- Preferred Experience: All candidates with experience in operations against the military, such as Al Meezan, Rah-e-Nijjat, Rah-e-Rast, Zarb-e-Azb, and Kashmir-Balochistan Operation, would be preferred.
- Special Qualification: Qualified in SSG Core Commander Group/Commander Courses or with a Bravery Medal would be preferred.
- Eligibility bar: Those candidates already involved in the Army who have faced convictions are not eligible to apply for these vacancies.
- Contract Basis: Contracts will be for an initial period of 3 years. The extension of jobs will strictly be performance-oriented in the first term.
- Benefits and Allowances: TA/DA or other allowances will not be granted as they is project-specific posts.
